Member Overview

What are the benefits of membership?

There are two important benefits:

  1. KCFit.net is designed to provide information to help you take control of your health and wellness by identifying hundreds of available options.
    • Fitness Clubs can be found when you click on Provider Listing.
    • Improving what you eat can be found by clicking Diet Tracker.
    • Enjoy playing tennis, click Parks & Recreation to find tennis courts near you.
    • If you like biking, hiking, and other outdoor activities click Weekend Retreats.
  2. KCFit.net also saves you money. We've negotiated a discount with each of our Providers. From time to time, our providers will offer specials and coupons, and we will forward those to you at your e-mail address.

How do I become a KCFit.net member?

KCFit.net members are enrolled through their employers. Since your health and wellness should be important to your employer, we make memberships available only through employers. We do allow members to join if they are retired, self-employed, or have special needs. Have us contact your employer so you can become a member.

Can I sign up my spouse?

Yes. When you activate your membership, you'll be given an opportunity to enroll your spouse.

What if I am retired or self-employed?

Good news! We do allow members to join if they are retired or self-employed. In order to find out how to become a member, click the retired or self-employed link.

What if my company chooses not to join KCFit.net? Is there a way to become a member?

To be a KCFit.net member your employer must enroll you, or you will need to be eligible for retired or self-employed membership. Unless you meet these requirements, you are not eligible for membership. Therefore, encourage your employer to join.

What if I change jobs? Do I lose my membership?

Yes. You will lose privileged access to the members' section of KCFit.net. However, your new employer can enroll you if they participate in the KCFit.net program.

Why do you need my e-mail address?

It's our way of efficiently communicating with our members. Specials and coupons will be headed your way through your e-mail.

What if I do not have access to the internet? Or an e-mail address?

Your employer should allow you on-line access from time to time to check on membership benefits. Yahoo and Google are among many providers who offer free e-mail addresses.

Why does the Provider ask me for identification?

Each member is required to have his or her own card. If you lose yours, contact us for a replacement.

What do I do if a Provider fails to honor my card?

E-mail us immediately, so we can determine if a problem exists. Your complete satisfaction with your membership is our mission.
