KMBC Reports: Lawrence Man Races To Top In Stair Run

Thanks to my Google Alerts for KCFit, I was able to catch an article that ran on KMBC.com Monday talking about Keith Dowell.  Keith participated in the Empire State Building Run Up and, as stated in the article, is going to participate in the Vertical Dash for Diabetes.

I look forward to seeing Keith at the event and anyone who is ready for the challenge!
