KCFit.net presents: Corporate Wellness 101 – Panel Q&A

Featuring our Expert Guests: Shawn Roderick and Courtney Lorenz

Shawn Roderick is the Benefits and Wellness Administrator for the Blue Springs School District. Shawn has nearly 10 years of experience in personal and corporate health management. Shawn has also delivered numerous Keynote Speeches for onsite health promotion seminars for private and public entities in an effort to educate and inform employers and employees on preventive health topics.

Courtney Lorenz is a Wellness Coordinator through Saint Luke’s Health Systems and contracted exclusively with Stinson Morrison Hecker LLC which has offices in Kansas City, Overland Park, St. Louis, Jefferson City, Omaha, Wichita, Phoenix, and Washington D.C. Courtney earned a Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in biology, epidemiology, and exercise sciences at West Texas A&M University.

Corporate Wellness 101 will be the first live webcast video in a series of topics across all categories health and wellness. The live webcast videos will be hosted by KCFit.net on the first Wednesday of the month at Noon CST. The webcast will be live therefore questions and interactions from viewers/participants will be encouraged.
