Refund Policy - the basics

KC Fit Refund Policy

At KC Fit, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, supportive group training, and a welcoming community. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any memberships or class passes.

Memberships (Weekly / Unlimited / Term Options)
Memberships are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes change of mind, missed classes, or change in personal circumstances.

Memberships may be placed on hold in special circumstances such as injury, illness, or pregnancy, with a medical certificate where appropriate. Hold requests must be made in writing.

Class Passes (e.g., 10 Class Pass / Trial Passes)
Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All passes have an expiry date, and extensions will only be considered in cases of injury, illness, or other exceptional circumstances.

Missed Classes
Missed classes are not refundable. However, where possible, members may attend an alternative session within the same week, subject to availability.

Cancellations by KC Fit
If a class is cancelled by KC Fit, you will be offered:
• the option to attend another class, or
• an extension on your class pass or membership to account for the missed session.

Medical Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for serious medical conditions that prevent participation, and may require supporting documentation.

Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for processing.

By purchasing a membership or class pass, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
